What began more than six decades ago as a group of air traffic controllers who wanted more out of the industry – their mission was to progress the science of ATC and preserve a safe flight environment – has grown into the ATCA of today, a 3,500-member community of aviation professionals.
Through our award-winning events and publications, ATCA provides a forum to address the myriad issues inherent to developing viable ATC systems and aviation infrastructures, and meeting the ever-increasing demands on the global airspace. Those in the aviation community – ATC providers, systems architects, manufacturers, suppliers, system operators, and users – turn to ATCA to share their collective experience, knowledge, and V&V/R&D in pursuit of common goals.
